the conditions
- Must hold a university degree matching the job specialty.
- Minimum 7 years post-graduate experience in facilities management. (Residential buildings, office buildings and facilities)
- Must have experience with building codes (ASME-ASHREA etc.)
- Priority is given to candidates with previous experience in the Gulf.
- Priority is given to those who are fluent in English.
- Those with PMP and FMP certifications are preferred.
